Good day. May I request the following data to be used in the processing of my deceased parents' property:

1) Certified True Copy of the Masterlist of Qualified Beneficiaries (SAMAKA BLK. 2 HOA) under NGC East Side in Manggahan, Commonwealth.

2) Certified True Copy of the Community Development Plans (original and revised) duly acknowledged and received by NGC-East Side Office.

3) Status of property allotment for beneficiary with Census tag CW4-00040
