Hi great day. I would like to request if it possible to get a copy for our certificate of award as for this is a requirement for a water reconnection. Our certificate was misplaced since my parents got separated. 

The certificate of award was under the name of Mr. Nicolas and Rosalina Dumael.

I appreciate your humble reply in it regards to my concern. Thank you and more power.

Attached herewith is the copy of the letter reply from our NHA Region 10 office, which was also sent to your email on July 22, 2022, informing you that the NHA has no list of beneficiaries of the Cagayan De Oro Resettlement Project and requested you to coordinate with the CDO City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD).
