Hi! This is pertaining to my previous request with tracking code #NHA-9602771737030

I would like to clarify my request that I need the housing construction cost nationwide from 2011 up to 2023 if possible.

I received call from various department per region and was confirmed that housing prices is the amount they are providing to their subsidiaries - and advised me to request for housing construction cost instead.

Please be informed that we can only provide you with information maintained by the National Housing Authority (NHA). As to your query for data on the housing cost in the Philippines, you may try to inquire with the following agencies or institutions:

1. Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development
2. Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines
3. Philippine Statistics Authority

As for the NHA, attached is a copy of the NHA's Standard Housing Building Construction Cost for 2023, for your reference.
