hi , I would like to request the following:
1. Official certification and Official Map for the Approved Plan 
     of Cebu City Slum Improvement Resettlement (SIR)
2.  Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from the National Housing Authority to the Cebu City  Government if there's any.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 18, 2023, for a copy of documents regarding the Cebu City Slum Improvement Resettlement Plan.

Attached is a copy of the letter reply from NHA Cebu District OIC Engr. Dante Estrobo dated January 26, 2023, was also sent to your email on Jan 30, 2023, informing you that the NHA no longer maintains the documents since they were turned over to Cebu City LGU. 

Nonetheless, providing you herewith copies of Presidential Proclamation No. 2241 and Special Patent No. 3528 as references.
