Good day!

My husband’s family acquired a house and lot from GSIS/NHA a low-cost housing Project in Brgy. Bulihan Silang Cavite (AFP Housing). My father in-law was a retired Serviceman and he already passed away in 2013. The loan was fully paid in 2005 and we have the copies of statement of accounts, Deed of Conditional Sale and updated Real Estate tax payments. What agency shall we contact to process the release/award of title?
