I would like to request specific data concerning the number of Housing Scarcity in the municipality of Urdaneta City for the years 2020 and 2023.

The data I am seeking should include the following information for each of the specified years:

1. The total number of housing in Urdaneta
2. The locations or areas within the municipality where housing is concentrated.
3. Any available information on the living conditions or housing situations.
