Hi I would like to request the following document.

that is currently under the name of PUBLIC ESTATES AUTHORITY.
This property was paid completed by me and my Father Mr. ANDRES CERDEÑA in the year 2019 who died last year of April, 2020. I would like to request the Deed of Sale directly to me and my sibling, heirs of deceased Mr. Cerdeña,

Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Jan 31, 2022, for a copy of the Deed of Sale between your father Andres Cerdena, and the Public Estates Authority.
Per the record of our NHA NCR Pasay/Parañaque/Las Piñas District Office, since your parents, who were NHA awardees are already deceased, the property must be transferred to the heirs through Hereditary Succession.
Attached herewith is the copy of the letter reply sent by the District office to you via email on Feb 17, 2022, for your information and reference.
To proceed with the processing of the transfer of the property award of your parents, you may visit our Pasay District Office, Mondays through Fridays, between 9 am to 5 pm, at the office address, Room 2020, Diplomat Bldg, St. Andrew Ave., Maricaban, Pasay City.
