Good day! I would like to request information on the following covering the years 1980-1986:

1) Memorandum Circulars that describe the process of informal settler relocation;

2) Circulars, memoranda, or other publicly available documents that describe who qualifies or does not qualify for relocation and resettlement; and,

3) Memos or circulars that define or describe the term “rich squatters” or “professional squatters.”

I am currently doing my master's thesis on the history of housing policies in Metro Manila. Your help would be of utmost importance to this research.
