Dear Ms. Aureus:
In reference to your letter dated November 29, 2019 wherein you requested for an information on the companies/private owners that are enlisted as joint venture companies with NHA, particularly in Pasay City.
Our FOI Compliance and Monitoring Unit staff had requested you to submit/forward an official communication using your school letter duly signed and endorsed by your course professor and college dean and copy of your school ID.
However, up to this date, we have not received said requirements.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before March 02, 2020, your request will be closed.
We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
