Dear Ms. Samaco:

Greetings!

Thank you for your inquiry dated Sep 23, 2021, on the NHA's Housing Program for OFW.

Providing you herewith the following information:

    *  Type A Housing (Two-Storey Duplex) has 80 sqm Lot Area and 60 sqm Floor 
        Area for a selling price of P1.5 Million to P2.1 Million or equivalent to a 
        monthly amortization ranging from P10 to P12 Million
    * Type B Housing (Single Storey Duplex) has 100 sqm Lot Area and 50 sqm 
        Floor Area which monthly amortization ranges from P5,000 to P8,000.
    * Type C (Rowhouse) has 40 sqm Lot Area and 26 sqm Floor Area which 
       monthly amortization ranges from P500 to P1,000.
     * Type D (Condominium Type) consisting of 36sqm - 42 sqm/unit with the selling price of P 2.2 to P3 million or monthly amortization of P14,000 to 
       P16,000.

At present, Type A and Type D housing designs are available for disposition while Type C housing units are still under the process of site identification.
