Our FOI Receiving Officer had requested you for a copy of an official communication duly noted and endorsed by your subject professor and college dean.
However, up to this date, we have not received said letter with a scanned copy of your school ID. But nonetheless, please be informed that we have endorsed your request to our concerned regional office for evaluation and reply.
