Sa kinauukulan,

Magandang araw po!
Ako po si Jean Rose Peralta Caveric, 38 taong gulang at kasalukuyan po ako nakatira sa Valenzuela, dati na po akong sumulat sa DSWD noong Agosto 23 taong 2017. Para humingi ng tulong ng housing assistance upang ako ay magkaroon ng sariling bahay. Ako po ay registered solo parent at may mga anak. Nailapit ko na po sa CSWDO ng Valenzuela at pinakita ko po ang sulat na tugon niyo noong Setyembre 04 ng taong 2017 sa aking sulat. 
Sana po ako ay makapag aplay ng rent to own na pabahay mula sa National Housing Authority.
