Dear Ms. Cumpa:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 05, 2022, for information on the upcoming high rise developments in Region 7.

Per our coordination with NHA Region 7 office, we were informed that a reply was sent to your email on April 6, 2022, informing that NHA has no high rise projects constructed in Region 7. 

NHA has 1 ongoing medium rise project, the Southparks Residences in Pulangbato, Cebu City under the Government Employees Housing Program (GEHP). It is composed of 2 buildings with 10 floors and 1 building with 13 floors.
