Dear Ms. Tuazon:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 21, 2018 10:57:01 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Per coordination with our Quezon City Projects, the NHA does not have any records of plans of the UP Bliss project, as well as, all other records pertaining to said housing project.  Though, the project was implemented by the Ministry of Human Settlements, there were no known turn over of the plans to the NHA.

Our project office sent an official reply to your email address.
