Hi, I would like to request the information about the housing in St Mathew Heights in San Mateo Norzagaray

1. What kind of housing is this? Is it for Relocation or For Soldiers?

2. When was it turn over to its beneficiaries?

3. I have a relative that says he has a unit there . He wanted me to buy his property because he is now living in Rizal. Is it legal for me to buy that property?

Thank you for your request dated Mar 21, 2022, for information about NHA's housing project at St. Matthew Heights, San Manteo, Norzagaray, Bulacan.

Per coordination with NHA Bulacan District Office, we were informed that they have already contacted you and informed you that the NHA does not permit any purchase, rental or mortgage of NHA housing units, which are allocated for beneficiaries listed in NHA's official masterlist.

Attached herewith is the copy of the summary report submitted by the Bulacan District, for your information and reference.
