Good afternoon. I am Joel Duque, a BS REM student. We have a group report in Real Estate Finance regarding an existing Financing System for a Real Estate Development. Attached is the template of the data we need for the said report. I would like to request for the condominium development plans of Premiere Residences (in Quezon City) and Creciente Uno (in Pasig City). In addition, as a prospective homebuyer, I would like to know the details. Rest assured that the data you will give will be used for reporting and due diligence purposes only.
