Hi, I would like to confirm the legitimacy of the lots being offered by the Meverville Subdivision under MEVER CONSTRUCTION 

These are the following details I need to confirm for your assistance please.

1. TCT 040-2015038217 under the name of NHA. This is the TCT of the lots they are selling. Is it okay to purchase lot under the name of NHA. Ang advise po is once fully paid, I can directly transfer the lot title to my name. 

2. There is an existing Deed of Conveyance certified by NHA Bulacan District Office. Ang sabi, matatapos ito til Feb 2022. Any updates on the status?

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 03, 2023, for information about the Meverville Subdivision.

Attached herewith is a copy of the letter reply from NHA Bulacan District Office dated Feb 6, 2023, which was also sent to your email on the same date, informing that the NHA had approved the Deed of Conveyance in favor of Mever Construction and the property being inquired is part of the said conveyance.
