Please be informed that your request was already endorsed to our Caloocan District Office and are still in the process of evaluation and per record our FOI Receiving Officer Jason Castro, Sr. has coordinated with you on this matter last October 1 and requested you to directly coordinate with our district office for feedback and update.
Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request due to the imposition of lockdown. I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before Nov 04, 2021.
