Per coordination with our Housing Technology and Technical Research Department (HTTRD), we were informed that an email reply was already send to you on April 5, 2022, informing that the NHA still follows existing laws and implementing regulations for vertical developments such as:
1. BP 220 - Rules and Standards for Economic and Socialized Housing
2. BP 344 - Accessibility Law
3. PD 1096 - The National Building Code
4. PD 957 - The Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree
5. RA 9514 - Fire Code
6. RA 19884 - An act strengthening the Balanced Housing Development Program, amending RA 7179.
