Good day. I just want to know on how to avail and requirements for affordable low cost housing for a 42 years old married with 4 kids employee with a monthly income of at least 20,000 Pesos. And also want to know where are the locations of the projects here in the Metro, or around the vicinity of Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan.

Maybe, a 5,000 or 6,000 a month for a house is acceptable. Rent to own would also be great if there is availability.

This is for the purpose of planning to avail a house for me and my family, while still working here in Manila.

Thank you for your request dated May 06, 2022, for information on the housing application process of the NHA.

Attached herewith is the copy of the letter reply from NHA Rizal District Manager Engr. Raymund N. Abad dated May 19, 2022, which was sent to your email, informs you that the housing projects under the NHA-Rizal District Office are all intended for the affected and qualified families living along with the dangers and waterways of Metro Manila and endorsed by the concerned lgus.

in this light, may we request you to directly coordinate with your respective local government office on their available housing projects.
