I am writing this letter to formally request for the data of Housing supply and demand in the Philippines for 2020-2021. For the main purpose that it will be used for market research to present to a developer-investor who is our client that would like to invest in the Housing industry. We would like to ask for the following information:

1. Actual vs. Planned Housing Production (Socialized, Economic, Low cost)
2. Annual Housing Production
3. Philippine backlog, includes can't afford , socialized, economic, low, mid, high
4. Total housing need 2021

Dear Ms. Gonzaga:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated June 29, 2021, for information on the country's housing production, backlog and housing need.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have all the information you have requested. What we can only provide are information on NHA's housing programs such as:

      1) List of Socialized Housing Projects; 
      2) Number of Housing units constructed by Program, 2018-2020 as of February 2021; 
      3) Magnitude of Informal settler families in NCR as of July 13, 2011; and 
      4) Estimated Housing Needs by Component, 2017-2022.  

Kindly directly coordinate with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) with your queries and concerns.
