I am a 5th-year architecture student at Batangas State University and I am currently in the early stage of developing an undergraduate thesis. My topic of choice is On-Site Community Development and Socialized Housing for the Urban Poor in Sitio San Roque, Q.C.

To aid my research, I would like to request information regarding the TCT of Sitio San Roque. Based on my research, it is a NHA-owned land. I would like some clarification on your end if this information still stands true.

Attached herewith is the copy of the reply letter sent by NHA NCR Quezon City District Office dated September 7, 2022, which was also sent to your email on September 19, 2022, informing that above-cited area is under the North Triangle Relocation and Resettlement Project, a joint-venture project of NHA with Ayala Corporation.
