magandang araw po.
kami ang mga residente ng bagong silang na gustong gusto maidevelop at mapaayus ng NHA. sa nakalipas ng 15-20 taon, humihiram lang po ng iisang address ang mahigit na 100 bahay. " ph4c pkg 6 blk 41 excess lot bscc or blk 109 ph9 pkg9 excess lot" .

gusto mo sana namin maiayus at maaward po sa amin ang aming mga bahay at lupa. willing naman po kami magbayad sa NHA.

sana nmn po mabigyan kami ng pagkakataon mapaayus ang aming lugar. 
naway matulungan nyo po kami. marami salamat po

Dear Mr. Punzalan:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 24, 2023, for information on how to own the property you are presently occupying in Caloocan City.

Attached herewith is a copy of the letter sent by the NHA Caloocan District Office dated July 4, 2023, informing you that the said property is not an NHA property but a privately owned one. 

Hence, the NHA cannot act on this request.
