Good morning Ma'am/Sir,

We are currently doing a survey relative to DCWD's septage management program which includes all households in socialized subdivisions and those in high end subdivisions. This is to gather sanitation-related information such as the status of their septic tanks, as well as the restrictions in their subdivisions as to truck tonnage.  Thus, may we request to have a list of all the socialized housing subdivisions and list of high-end or gated subdivisions in Davao City, including the HOA contact person and contact details and total number of households, if any.

Thank you for your request dated May 30, 2023, for information on the list of socialized housing projects and high-end subdivisions in Davao City.

Please be informed that what we can only provide you is the list of the socialized housing projects of the NHA in the country. But as to the specific projects or programs in Davao City, you may directly coordinate with its respective local government office.

You may also inquire with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), which has jurisdiction over subdivision developers.
