Hi. I would like to know the CItizens Charter of the NGC being led by Lina Fuensalida in the following matter
1. relationship with the HOA Officers
2. request to avail / become a beneficiary of NGCHDP - so we can become the official awardee of Block 5 Lot 20 PSD-1175 with title No. 141312
3. also relationship with NHA
4. What are the steps to avail / become a beneficiary of NGCHDP

Due to the sensitivity of the issue - I would like to receive a black and white response from NHA and NHCHDP. It is also a bit concerning that -instead of a response from NHA or NGCHDP -- Lina Fuensalida of NHCHDP - sent me a formal letter summoning me to go to their office at NGC Westside. I have received some reports that some applicants of the NGCHDP benefits - were being isolated/ bullied or harassed by certain employees of NGCHDP. Please send me the Citizens Charter of NHA and NGCHDP before I go to their office. If my presence is really necessary - I would have to ask for legal assistance first to ensure my rights are protected. I have initiated a conversation with the NGCHDP by writing a letter directly to Pablo cc copying Julieta San Gabriel (LIna's predecessor) last May 2022- but there was no response.

I presume that with COmmunity Associations (CA) - includes Homeowners Association. And in terms of regulatory agency for Homeowners Association is DSHUD (formerly HLURB).
If that is the case - does it follow that the NHA and NGCHDP should only be dealing with HOAs that were properly accredited by DSHUD/HLURB?

I prefer a black and white response. As there are allegations that NGCHDP have been bullying residents in our area. I also have visited their office last May 2022 but instead of responding to my questions - they focused on the issue of the 2 HOA and asked me to send a letter to Julieta San Gabriel instead. No response since then. If NGCHDP would insist that I present myself at their office. I need more time to look for legal assistance.
