I would like to request information regarding completed and/or ongoing projects for which I am listed as the Materials Engineer or Project Engineer on record.

The information may include the government agency, name and location of the project, name of the contractor, project cost, date awarded, and other pertinent details related to the project.

Thank you for your request dated Jan 07, 2024, for a list of completed and ongoing projects of the NHA wherein your name was used.

Attached is a copy of the letter reply sent by the NHA Region I and CAR I Office dated Jan 18, 2024, informing you that there is no instance of your name listed as project nor materials engineer in any projects of the NHA from Jan 1, 2021 to Jan 5, 2024.
