Hi, whom should we reach out to or cc on emails when we followup on developers with regards to housing turnover issues?
We bought a house, we were informed it’s RFO so we expected fast turnover. The turnover was scheduled on June and up to now we’re unable to move in due to their negligence; Punch-list not completed in time, unresponsive in emails, and when we visit their office, the developer representatives are very rude and unprofessional. We’d like to loop in someone with authority to pressure them to do their Job properly. We’ve been very patient with them but they keep disrespecting us.
