Hi. I would like to inquire the legitimacy, if possible the Rent to Own Housing at Benjamin Village 8 De Muzon Homeowners Association in Bulucan province. We had copy of acknowledgment receipt notarized by Atty. Eliseo S. Calma Jr. PTR No. 0694702-D, IBP No. 14 1058. The Homeowners Association Secretary's is Marites Dejucos. Thanks.

Thank you for your request dated Jun 27, 2021, on a housing legitimacy issues with Benjamin Village 8 De Muzon Homeowners Association in Bulacan.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we cannot act on your query since the subject property is not within the jurisdiction of NHA. 

Please be informed that Benjamin Village is a private property. As to your issues involving the HOA, you may coordinate with Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development for assistance and advise.
