Dear Jacky Lagarto:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 06, 2022, regarding housing loan. Please be informed that the National Housing Authority (NHA) has no existing housing loan programs only housing projects.

However, all existing housing projects of the NHA are already allocated to intended beneficiaries and as per the letter reply from our Tarlac/Nueva Ecija/Aurora District Office dated September 1, 2022, which was also sent to your email, all our housing projects in Nueva Ecija are fully awarded to qualified applicants. You are also request to submit an application for housing to be included in the waiting list of applicants.

Likewise, you may directly coordinate with the Pagibig fund, which offers housing loan for its members.
