Our FOI Receiving Officer had requested you to forward us an official letter stating the purpose of your request and other relevant documents such as a special power of authority, proof of relationship to the property owner, and others considering your request falls under the classification of sensitive personal information and only the awardee can access such data.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. But nonetheless, we forwarded your request to our concerned regional office for review and appropriate action.
