Good afternoon!

I am Ida Salvatierra, Program Officer for the Housing Sector of the Development Bank of the Philippines.

May I request for a copy of the Community Based Initiative Approach (CBIA)'s IRR which we can use as reference to develop  lending programs to the Housing Sector.

We will also use the IRR to validate information provided to us by our Borrowers participating in the CBIA.
