Good day, I am Audrey Añonuevo, a fourth year Asian Studies student in University of Santo Tomas. I have forwarded a standard FOI request in NHA Main Office months ago, and while I have secured a hard copy of the Project Profiles of Towerville and San Jose Heights, I would like to request for an electronic copy of the project profile of Towerville and San Jose Heights in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. This is because the electronic copy would be used as an appendix to my thesis. 

I am hoping that this request be expedited. Thank you.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated March 25, 2019 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an Ecopy of the project profiles of NHA Towerville Resettlement Project and San Jose Heights in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Per coordination with our Bulacan District Office, we were informed that they already sent the requested document thru your email last  April 12, 2019.

Attached is the screen shot of said email for your information and reference.
