Hello. I'd like to request for the official tally of idle socialized public housing in the country. This is for my research on public housing in the Philippines.

Dear Mr. Sangalang:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated March 07, 2020, for information on idle socialized housing projects.

Per coordination with our regional offices, NHA has no idle housing projects and all existing housing projects of the Authority were all allocated to identified/qualified beneficiaries in every locality.

As for information on idle socialized housing projects in the country, you may directly coordinate with the Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (formerly Housing and Urban Development and Coordinating Council) for said data.

Nonetheless, attached herewith, the list of NHA socialized housing projects for your information and reference.
