Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 29, 2022, for a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement entered into by Halrey Construction Inc and East Shine Residence.

Attached herewith is the copy of letter reply from NHA Rizal District Office, which was also sent to your email on December 9, 2022, informing you that the MOA is among the NHA, Halrey, and LGU of Tanay, and can only be issued to parties involved.
