Hi! I would like to ask for a copy of Proclamation 1967. 

The link for the PDF file in the official gazette is broken madam/sir.

 If the file is unavailable, may I request for the information and details of the 244 sites specified as Areas for Priority Development (APD)   in Metro Manila in Proclamation 1967. 

I am hoping for your consideration to my request as urgent and a priority due to the limited time frame of the research project.
