1. NHA Design and Policy Guidelines for Vertical Developments 
2. Latest working framework on In-city Housing Development

I would also like to inquire if there are any vertical student housing projects in development in the country.

My study will be revolving around vertical housing for students. That said, What guidelines should I take into consideration in terms of:
1.Design and Guidelines
2. Laws to take note of

and other info you may be able to provide.
