Hi, i would to raise a complaint to SMDC for the estimated 3 years delay in the turnover. I have completely paid the Down payment (June 2019- march 2023) and remaining bank financing amount (March 2023), however they sent an letter stating turnover will be delayed by 2-3 years. this not acceptable and hope you can assist me to either pressure them or get my money back.

As much as we would like to assist you, the said project is not within the jurisdiction of the National Housing Authority (NHA).

You may seek assistance from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) or raise your issues directly before SMDC Management.
