Per coordination with our Housing Technology and Technical Research Department (HTTRD), an email reply was sent to you on May 4, 2022, wherein they provided you a copy of the NHA Agency Standard Contract Duration for land Development and Housing Construction.

Attached herewith is the copy of the said Standards, for your information and reference.
