May I kindly seek your assistance on how to transfer the ownership of the land my mother-in-law bought from the original owner of NHA housing in Dasmariñas, Cavite? What she has is only a deed of sale and the proof of payments to NHA.

The original owner is Gil Mallari. The address of the said property is Block 46 Lot 6, San Isidro Labrador 1, Dasmariñas Cavite.
