1. Description of the Completed Project (with end user details).
2. Site/Project Location.
3. Procurement Schedule (Original Contract & Actual and/or Revised).
4. Project size: No. of Storey, Lot Area and Floor Area.
5. Construction Schedule (Original, Actual and/or Revised): Start Date and End Date 
6. Details of Contact Person for other queries.
