Good day!

I would like to request for the information on how to avail a housing loan without the spouse's consent for the reason that we've been separated for more than 15 years and we have no communication since then. I am also a registered Solo-Parent.

We regret to inform you that NHA has no housing loan program, nevertheless, you may coordinate with the Home Development Mutual Fund/ Pag-IBIG Fund on how to avail a housing loan. Forwarding your request to the said agency.
