Dear Ma’am/Sir,
My family has been living in one of the Bliss projects in the Province of Cagayan since it was established in 1979. Is there a documentation on the rights of residents against private individuals who are claiming that they have titles declaring them as rightful owners of the piece of land where the BLISS project was built on?
