Good day, I am a 4th year graduating student from UP Manila taking BA Development Studies. As part of my undergraduate thesis, I am researching on Infrastructure and Development specifically in R-10 Tondo. I would like to request information regarding the following:

Will the project affect households in Brgy. 123, Manila? If yes, are there plans to conduct consultations and relocation?
