Dear Mr. Paul Vincent Tagama:

Magandang Araw! 

Nagagalak ang aming tanggapan na kayo ay interesado sa OFW Housing Program. Bilang tugon sa adhikain ng Administrasyon ng Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na magbigay ng sariling pabahay sa mga Pilipinong walang tirahan, lumagda ng isang Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) ang National Housing Authority (NHA) at ang Kagawaran ng Paggawa at Empleyado (DOLE) upang matulungan ang ating mga Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) sa pamamagitan ng pabahay sa mga proyekto ng NHA na may disenyo tulad ng sumusunod:

* Type A (Two-Storey Duplex)
80 sqm Lot Area / 60 sqm Floor Area na may selling price na Php1.6M to Php2.1M at humigit-kumulang na buwanang bayarin na Php 10,000-Php12,000

* Type B (Single Storey Duplex)
100 sqm Lot Area / 50 sqm Floor Area na may humigit-kumulang na buwanang bayarin na Php5,000-Php8,000

* Tye C (Rowhouse)
40 sqm Lot Area / 26 sqm Floor Area na may humigit-kumulang na buwanang bayarin na Php 500-1,000

* Type D (Condominium Type)
36 sqm - 42 sqm/unit na may selling price na Php 2.2M to 3.0M at humigit-kumulang na buwanang bayarin na Php14,000-16,000

Sa kasalukuyan, Type A, Type B at Type D na disenyo pa lamang ang matatagpuan sa completed, ongoing at upcoming projects ng NHA. Ang Type C ay kasalukuyang pinag-aaralan kung saan ang mga magiging lokasyon ng pagtatayuan. 

Ang mapipiling House and Lot Unit ay maaaring bayaran sa loob ng 30 taon depende sa edad. Wala ding babayarang Downpayment.

Nakalakip po dito ang listahan ng mga proyekto na maaari niyo nang pagpilian at Checklist of Documentary Requirements.

Siguraduhin na mayroon kayong Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC).

Magkakaroon din ang NHA ng Online Portal/Website kung saan maari niyong i-upload ang inyong application form at requirements. I-like o i-follow ang Official Facebook Page ng National Housing Authority para sa mga updates at dagdag impormasyon tungkol dito (NHA - Tahanan ng Bagong Bayani).
