Hi! I work for a consultancy firm, and we're studying the relationship between income and housing affordability in the country. I would like to request for the following data, if available:

1. Average cost of a new housing unit - annual values from 2018* to 2023
2. Average monthly income - - annual values from 2018* to 2023

* or earlier, e.g. 1980s, 1990s, or 2000s

Thank you for your request dated November 09, 2023, for information on the average housing cost and average monthly income of households in the Philippines from 2018 to 2023.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

However, you may coordinate with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) or with the Home Mutual Development Fund (HMDF)/ PAG-Ibig for assistance and advise.
