Dear Chair Espino:
This is in reference to your EFOI request dated July 19, 2021, regarding the relocated families from Brgy. 483 Manga Avenue, Sampaloc, Manila to Brgy. Pinugay, Baras, Rizal.
For our documentation process, our FOI Receiving Officer had requested for an official communication using the letterhead of your Brgy to be sent via email. However, up to this date, we have not received said letter. May we follow up on said letter Sir as part of our procedural requirement, please.
As to the status of your request, we already forwarded it to our Rizal District Officer, however, the office was placed under strict quarantine and our office personnel has reported back to work only this week. Thus, we are requesting an extension of time for the evaluation and a reply to your request.
