As a citizen in the area and scope of this Homeowner's Association covered by the National Government Center (NGC)-Westside, may 1 respectfully request the following data:
1)Certified True Copy of the Masterlist of Qualified Beneficiaries and their Lot Assignment under Bagong Sibol Phase 1 and Bagong Sibol Block 2 HOA located in Brgy Commonwealth, Quezon City.
2)Certified True Copy of the Community Development Plans (original and revised) duly acknowledged and received by NGC - West Side Office.
3)Certified True Copy of the Title Number with Decree Number issued and duly acknowledged by NGC-We
