The local government of Quezon City has signed an Usufruct Agreement with the National Housing Authority (NHA) wherein the city is allowed to develop the 20,955 sqm NIA compound owned by the latter.

The program will give 3,675 families currently living by the NIA road a decent housing .  The project is envisioned to be a community with a playground, day care, health center, chapel and multi-purpose hall.

Good Day! I would like to request the following information for our thesis proposal:
