Dear Mr. Reyes:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 20, 2023, for information on the BLISS housing projects in Cebu during the administration of then-President Ferdinand E. Marcos.

Per coordination with NHA Cebu District Office, BLISS projects were under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Human Settlements (MHS) but were turned over to the local government during that period.

In this view, may we request that you coordinate directly with the LGU of Bogo City, Cebu City, and San Fernando for the said BLISS housing projects?
