Good day!
Would like to request copy of documents for the history of my grandfather's NHA land.
We were informed last June 18, 2020 thru assistance of NHA Bagong Silang that our land folder is currently not in their archive room. Same day, we had the opportunity to talk on NHA Bagong Barrio staff to ask the folder and we were shocked to be know that it was lost/cannot find by NHA Bagong Barrio. They admitted also they are looking from it even prior March 16 ECQ. Already reported this concern in written to NHA Main last June 19.

Dear Sir / Madam,
A gentle follow up on my request.
We wanted to have a copy of the documents of my grandfather land history as NHA staff from Bagong Barrio mentioned that she is still looking for the file even before March 16 lockdown. My father ( youngest son of late Rodolfo Agoyaoy) have been processing it since last year the release of our land title.
So to avoid giving us the reason that our land folder is missing, we would like to request for a copy. This will serve our family reference.

Please be informed that your request is not an FOI request but forms part of our regular process and can be requested directly at NHA concerned project offices.
To assist you with your concern, please email us an official letter addressed to our NHA General Manager Marcelino P. Escalada, Jr., with a scanned copy of additional documents such as:
* Another government-issued ID
* Authorization / Special Power Authority issued by the awardee
* and other relevant documents to prove your relationship with the property owner.

This is in reference to your letter dated August 19, 2020, for information on the records of property award of Mr. Rodolfo Agoyaoy at Block 40, Lot H8, Bagong Barrio, Caloocan City.
Our FOI Receiving Officer has requested for additional information to work further on your request. However, up to this date, we have not received any feedback from you.
